I will ask you if I want to put your commissions as my portfolio. Meaning that I can post it in my social media as well.

Will Do: Anime/Games, All genders, Fan art, Descriptions

Won't Do: Mecha, Elderly People, Real people (based off photos), Furry, Gore

Let me know if it's a rushed work, I will charge extra depending on the work. Also will let you know in front if I can't take the job. But if I take it, I will finish it.

You can share the artwork at your social media, crediting me is optional but appreciated!

Commercial includes : Art that is used for gaining profit. Any kind of membership gift, original & cover songs that you can gain exposure or branding, promotional art for corporation event.

Personal includes : Art that is NOT used for gaining profit. Personal profile art, banner art, community post art. If you are a small indie, and your cover song isn't meant to gain profit, then I will not charge commercial on you.

Merchandise Licensing : Art that is meant to be sold again, digital and physical. I will ask for a percentage from the sales made from the merchandise. Will need further discussion for how many percent I can take based on the merchandise type.

You can also order from vgen when my slots/gigs open. If it's closed, send me message thru the website so I can open it for you.

You can also order via email, instagram and twitter. Attach descriptions, any reference image (character, pose, background). For payment, I will use PayPal.

Work estimation is usually 2-3 weeks after payment, tho I will tell you when it takes more than that. Exception for vtuber model will take more or less 1 month, for animated illustration it could be from 1-2 months depending on the work.

Completed illustration later will be sent via email for better archieving.

If you're aiming for something a bit different from my portfolio, it is better to talk to me beforehand on what type of illustrations we're going to work on. If I feel like your request doesn't match my type of illustrations, most possibly I won't take your request. Pay attention to things I will not draw stated in **Terms & Policy. **

My workflow will be: Rough BnW Sketch=> Revision => Sketch colored=>Revision=> Payment =>Lineart + Base Color => Minor Revision=>Color=> Minor Revision => Finish.

SKEB Surprise Me Workflow : After client give me references => Payment upfront (no partial payment) => Final product => Minor Revision only! => Finish.

Minor Revision: Missing character details, only minor tweak with no major change to the whole illustration.

International payment (USD) outside vgen will be using paypal with invoice from me. Local payment (IDR) will be using BCA.
